Lindsays

Lindsays’ Charities and Third Sector Group is a team of acknowledged experts who help organisations in this sector with the multitude of issues they face.

As financial pressures, regulators and media scrutiny force many charities to re-examine their constitutions and structures, Lindsays’ experience means they can provide practical advice on both day-to-day issues as well as strategic decisions including funding, governance, constitutional issues and legal frameworks.

Lindsays Charities Group provides multi-disciplinary advice in relation to charity law contracts, corporate, property, litigation and employment.

Clients range from well-known charities to innovative start-ups, and from international networks to local community groups and sports clubs.

What if the help I need takes longer than one hour?

We believe most queries will take less than this, but Lindsays will advise you privately if your issue needs greater attention. Should substantially more work be required you would only incur costs through reaching agreement and with your prior permission.

* Advice under the scheme is provided in good faith, and Lindsays shall not be held liable for any advice given.

* Please note if we provide personal advice, we would be unable to provide organisational advice on the same matter. In addition, we would also need to carry out a "conflict" check to ensure we do not already act for the organisation.
