ACOSVO has volunteer mentors available throughout Scotland who have a range of skills and experience to help you to reflect on your work and leadership role.

Sign-up below to gain new perspectives on the challenges and opportunities you face as a leader of a voluntary sector organisation. Our guide for mentees is an expectation document where you can find out more about our mentoring service. Our most recent mentoring infographic will also offer further insight into both our existing mentees and active mentors.

You can see our current mentors and their bios by clicking here.

Mentors provide a spectrum of learning and supporting behaviours, from challenging and being a critical friend to being a role model, from helping to build networks and develop personal resourcefulness to simply being there to listen, from helping people work out what they want to achieve, and why, to planning how they will bring change about.

Having my mentor to bounce ideas off has been invaluable. I have always left feeling a lot lighter and more focused!
