Gail is CEO of Capella, a charity based in Edinburgh that delivers lasting change through learning. Gail was elected to the board in 2020 and became Vice Chair in 2022.

Gail has 12 years’ experience as a charity CEO and has worked in the sector for over 2 decades. She has a MBA with a specialism in strategic planning and a Postgraduate Certificate in Governance. Alongside her position on the ACOSVO board, she is Chair of Stirling University Students’ Union. Gail is passionate about the charity sector and the impact it has on society and the economy.
