The ACOSVO Board Exchange
A truly unmissable opportunity to ‘walk in another Chair’s shoes’. The ACOSVO Board Exchange pairs voluntary sector Chairs and Vice-Chairs to share knowledge and insights, reflect on governance practices and challenges, develop new networks and areas for collaboration, and more.
The Board Exchange programme operates once a year. You can sign up to the programme at any time, and your details will be held on file and reviewed along with other applicants in May. We will then get in touch to propose a suitable exchange match.
The programme is FREE to members of the Chairs Network Scotland. If you are a non-member voluntary sector Chair or Vice-Chair, you can find out how to join the network here.

Attend our Leadership Exchange and Board Exchange Information Session.
Our free, online, info session is the ideal way to find out everything you need to know about the programme. You’ll hear from ACOSVO’s Development Manager, a past participant will share their experiences, and you’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions.
