Carl Hodson

The ACOSVO staff and Board are shocked and deeply saddened by the news that our Vice Convenor, Managing Director of Ceteris and Chair of Kingdom Support and Care, Carl Hodson has unexpectedly passed away.

Kind, thoughtful and dedicated, Carl was on the ACOSVO Board from 2018 and became Vice Convenor from 2019, with a passion for the voluntary sector and leadership evidenced through the many roles he undertook with pride and commitment.

ACOSVO Convenor, Kim Atkinson said on behalf of the organisation:

"Carl was the kindest, most genuine of men - a true gentleman and a great asset to the ACOSVO team. As our Vice Convenor and friend, Carl was a supportive, positive and passionate advocate of the power of the voluntary sector and the embodiment of authentic, values-driven leadership. We are devastated to hear of his passing and our thoughts are with all who knew and loved him and the very many people who he helped and supported."

It is with a heavy heart we close out this year saying goodbye to Carl and are sending all his family, friends and colleagues all our love and support during this tragic time.
