 A seminar hosted by Turcan Connell, for senior management, Chairs and Trustees in the third sector, to explore the interaction between “management” and “governance” and in particular to look at the tensions which can arise between the two and where the lines should be drawn.

In this half-day interactive session, we will bring together the rules and best practices to give you the tools to navigate and mitigate those tensions, using real-life examples to illustrate common issues and practical solutions when governance and management roles cross over. Members of the Turcan Connell Employment & Litigation and Charity Law Teams will guide attendees through this potentially contentious topic and there will be ample opportunity for discussion, questions and networking.
